I realized today that I don’t learn the way I used to. Having someone sit and lecture me doesn’t work very well now. I’ve been watching some video editing lessons through LinkedIn Learning (formerly Lynda) these past few days and it’s been a slog.
I can’t seem to focus and end up rewatching things for comprehension. I’ve fallen asleep and missed out on important points. It’s frustrating really.
Maybe it is what they say that as you get older, you don’t pick up things as quick as you used to. I do have to say that I do learn better through trial and error. I’m ok with failing over and over before I get it.
